Twelve people were wounded in a shooting at a Mothers' Day parade in New Orleans, WDSU News reports. "The shots just started ringing out, and everybody just started running, and the next thing I heard, 10-15 people got shot," one witness told WDSU. About 300 people were in near the intersection of Frenchmen and North Villere Streets when the shooting started around 1 EDT. A 10-year-old girl suffered a graze wound, WVUE reports.
